House Examination




1.         Two compulsory House Test in addition to the monthly test will be held during the year.
2.         Absentees will be fined Rs.50/- for every paper.
3.         If a student absents himself/herself from any of the house tests held by the college for purpose of internal assessment or fails in the house test, the Principal shall have the authority to withheld or withdraw his/her name from the University Examination.
4.         Students must extend full co-operation to the supervisory staff. Any student found guilty of using means during the examination will be punished according to the seriousness of the offence.
5.         Any candidate found guilty of using means in the University Examination will not be entitled to Character certificate. In such situation he/she will lose the right to be awarded with character certificate.
6.         Although progress reports embodying the results of House Examination are forwarded to the parents/guardians by the college office, it is the responsibility of every student to bring his/her results to the notice of her parents/guardians.

LEAVE RULES


1.       If a student remains absent without leave for more them 10 days continuously, his/her name is liable to be struck off the college rolls. However, he/she may seek readmission by applying to the Principal. This will not be ordinarily allowed unless the Principal is fully satisfied that the reason behind the leave is beyond his/her control and absence was justifiable. He is to pay readmission fee for seeking admission as per fee structure.
2.       Leave from the college for any duration will be granted by the Principal on the recommendation of the lecturer in-charge of the section.
3.       Those who absent themselves without leave on days immediately preceding following short/long break will have to pay a special fine Rs.10/-per day.
4.       Late comers or absent from the morning assembly which is compulsory for all will have to pay a fine of Rs.5/-per day.
5.       Absence Fine for the whole day will be Rs. 10/- Absence from the period without permission will be Rs.10/-
6.       Leave on account of illness should be accompanied by Medical certificate of Government Hospital.

The college Magazine “Parvaaz” is published every year with the concerted efforts of the students, teachers and the Management.

STUDENT CENTRAL ASSOCIATION



Student Central Association is constituted during the first month. The students elect President, Vice-President, Cultural Secretary (Boy), Cultural Secretary (Girl), Athletic Secretary democratically. There will also two class representatives for each section. The President may contact the Principal with regards to the redressal of their grievances/problem if any during the college hour.
