Directions for Candidate
appearing in the B.Ed Annual Examination 2011-12
1)
The door of the
examination hall will be opened half an hour before the commencement of the
examination to admit the candidates. All the candidates must be in their seats
five minutes before the distribution of the question papers.
2)
No candidate
will be allowed to finish of and leave the hall before the expiry of half the
time after the distribution of the question-papers.
3)
A numbered seat
will be allowed to each candidate. Candidates should occupy only the seats
allotted to them.
4)
Unless specially
permitted by the superintendent, no candidate shall temporarily leave his/her
seat or the examination room until the examination is over.
5)
No candidate
shall speak without permission; in case it is necessary for a candidate to
communicate with the Superintendent, he/she should stand and the
Superintendent/
Supervisor will attend to him/her.
6)
Any Candidate
who creates disturbance of any kind during the examination, or otherwise
misbehaves in or around the examination hall, or refuses to obey the
superintendent, or changes his/her seat with another candidate, shall be liable
to expulsion from the examination hall as well as disqualification according to
the seriousness of the offence. He/She shall also be liable to make good the
loss to furniture, etc, if any, caused by him/her.
7)
No candidate is
allowed to take with him/her Mobile Phone etc. in the examination hall.
8)
Before
attempting his/her question paper, each candidate shall indicate in writing on
the outer-front-page of his/her answer-book, his/her Roll No, the examination,
the year, the subject and part, if any, of the question paper.
9)
No candidate
shall indicate on the cover or any other part of his/her answer-book the name
of his/her institution nor shall he/she indicate in any manners as to whether
he/she appeared from college or as a private candidate.
10)
At the expiry of
the time allowed, the answer book shall be
delivered
to the superintendent, even though the candidate may not
have
answered any question or only a part of the question paper.
11)
Candidate should
make sure that their answer-books have been duly signed or stamped by the
Superintendent or the Deputy Superintendent as omission to do so may result in
disqualification. They should also ensure that their answer-books have been
duly date-stamped.
12)
All candidates
are required to use their own blue ink pens. However, no blotting paper will be
supplied and allowed. Answer should be written on both sides of the answer
books supplied to the candidate except the title page. No candidate shall tear
a leaf out of an answer-book. The use of fountain pen with blue ink is also
permissible but no such ink will be supplied by the university.
13)
No paper except
the question paper shall be removed from the examination hall.
14)
The candidate
should search their pockets, desks and benches everyday before starting to
answer their papers of examinations and handover to the superintendent if there
is any incriminating paper/material, which is either in the possession of any
examinee or is lying in his/her desk or under or near his /her seat.
